I noticed that my blog reaches many people in non-german countries. Originally I made this blog for my family and friends in Germany, so that's why it is written in German only. Sorry for that.
But I hope that you still can enjoy the photographs and videos and maybe Google Translate (on the right side, in the menu) could help you to understand the basic meaning of some entries.
At least I'll give you an introduction of myself and what is this blog about in english.
My name is Manuel Kniepe, I'm at the end of my 20s and this blog is about my exchange semester in Chiba, Japan.
Here I will study Design Management from October 2014 until March 2015 at the Chiba University. With this blog I try to show you all of my impressions of Japan and my stay here in a more a less creative way.
You can follow this blog with an e-mail subscription. The option for that is on the right. Then you'll receive a mail whenever I put something new here. Also I like if your comments on my entries. Feel free to do so.
Below you can see a small Google Maps detail, how Chiba looks from above and where it is located in Japan. (Hint: It's very close to the bling bling metropole which is Tokyo.)

Ich heiße Manuel, bin Ende 20 und dieser Blog handelt von meinem Austauschsemester in Chiba, Japan.
Dort werde ich vom Oktober 2014 bis zum September 2015 an der Chiba University den Studiengang Design Management besuchen.
In diesem Blog werde ich versuchen alle möglichen und unmöglichen Eindrücke wiederzugeben und meinen Aufenthalt auf mal mehr und mal weniger kreative Art und Weise zu dokumentieren.

Für den geographieinteressierten Leser hier noch ein kleiner GoogleMaps-Ausschnitt, wie Chiba von oben aussieht und wo genau in Japan es liegt. (Hint: Es ist ziemlich nah dran an Blingbling-Metropole Tokio.)
